Khalid Thomas joins Homentmen

Khalid Thomas

Homentmen Beirut (DLBL) agreed terms with 26-year-old American forward Khalid Thomas (208cm-95kg-1999, college: Portland State). He played last season at Run DFW (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S. In only one TBT game just recently, he recorded 9 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals. Last season, he played at Konya BBSK (TBL) in the Turkish league.
He is a quite experienced player. Thomas has played professionally in Austria, Germany (Eisbaeren Bremerhaven), Hungary (OSE Lions), Turkey, and The Basketball Tournament (Purple Reign).
During his college time, he was voted to All-Big Sky Conference Honorable Mention and was also part of the Big Sky Conf. All-Tournament Team in 2022. His team made it to the Austrian final in 2023, among many awards.
Thomas graduated from Portland State in 2022 and it'll be his fourth season as a pro player. He played for other colleges such as Arizona State University and College of Southern Idaho.
