Sagesse lands Erick Green, ex Napoli

Sagesse - Al Hekmeh Beirut (LBL) tabbed experienced 34-year old American 190cm guard Erick Green (college: Virginia Tech). He played most recently at Gevi Napoli Basket in Italian Serie A. In 20 games he averaged impressive 16.0ppg, 3.3rpg and 2.3apg last season.
In 2013 he was drafted by Utah Jazz (NBA) in second round (46th overall). He graduated from Virginia Tech University and it will be his 13th (hopefully lucky) season in pro basketball.
Green is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in ten different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian and of course North American leagues. Green has played previously professionally in China (Golden Bulls and Sturgeons), Greece (Olympiacos), Israel (Hapoel Holon), Montenegro (Buducnost), Russia (UNICS Kazan), Spain (Valencia and Real Betis), Turkey (Fenerbahce and Bahcesehir), NBA (Denver Nuggets), Italy (Mens Sana and Treviso) and NBA G League (Indiana Mad Ants).
Among many awards his team won VTB United League Regular Season in 2024. He received Eurobasket.com All-Montenegrin League Player of the Year award and Eurobasket.com All-Montenegrin League Guard of the Year award in 2023.
