Dikembe Dixson was the second best scorer of the day in the world yesterday with the 36 points he had in Hoops

36 points scored by 29 year old American forward Dikembe Dixson (6'7''-F-1996, college: UIC) made him the second highest scoring player of the day in the world. His team Hoops lost to the Al Riyadi 72 to 103. He also added 5 rebounds that evening. Dixson is the best scorer in the league averaging over 29 points and 8 rebounds per game. All of the top 10 highest scorers in the league are alumni of US colleges.
He is quite experienced player. His career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in ten different countries. He tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Brazil (UNIFACISA), Finland (Karhubasket), Iraq, Italy (Brindisi), Luxembourg (T71 Dudelange), Saudi Arabia (Al Safa), Switzerland (Monthey-Chablais), NBA G League (Capital City Go-Go and Windy City Bulls), and North Macedonia (Vardar).
Among many awards his team won the Finnish League Regular Season in 2023. Dixson was selected to the Eurobasket.com All-Swiss SBL Second Team back in 2022. He was also selected as the Eurobasket.com All-North Macedonian League Honorable Mention back in 2021.
Dixson was also awarded Player of the Week in the Lebanese League.
