Yuat Alok (ex Marineros) signs at Centrale

Yuat Alok

Club Centrale Al Markaziyyah Jounieh ( landed 27-year old New Zealander-Kenyan ex-international 211cm center Yuat Alok (college: NM State). He played this summer at Marineros in LNB league in Dominican Republic. In 6 games he just recently played he averaged 10.7ppg and 3.8rpg. He also played for Rise and Grind in U.S. semi-pro league The Basketball Tournament. Alok was a member of New Zealand Senior National Team back in 2019.
He is a very experienced player. Alok has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to four different countries on three different continents (Europe, Africa and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Croatia (Alkar), Cyprus, Libya (Al Hilal) and The Basketball Tournament (JUCOproducts). His team was regular season runner-up in Libyan League Group 2 in 2024. Alok was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Croatian Premijer Liga Honorable Mention in 2024.
He graduated from New Mexico State University in 2022 and it will be his fourth season in pro basketball. Alok played for other colleges like: Coppin State University, University of Central Florida, Texas Christian University, Chipola College.
