Sagesse - Al Hekmeh Beirut (LBL) signed 26-year-old American (who also holds a USA-Serbian passport) 211cm power forward Nick Rakocevic (college: USC, agency: Pensack Sports). He began the season with Jilin Northeast Tigers in the Chinese CBA league, where he averaged 14.8ppg, 7.6rpg, 2.0apg, and 1.1spg in 45 games. He had a successful season and was named League Player of the Week. In the previous season, he played for Hotshots (PBA) in the Filipino league and also for Golden Bulls (CBA).
His team won the Chinese CBA Regular Season in 2023, and he was selected to the Asia-Basket.com All-PBA Commissioner's Cup Center of the Year in the same year.
He graduated from the University of Southern California in 2020 and it's his fourth season in pro basketball.
