Lofton comes back to Dynamo, ex Liaoning Y.

Dynamo Lebanon (LBL) added to their roster 30-year old American guard Zach Lofton (193cm-82kg-1992, college: NM State, agency: Slash Sports) for season 2023-24. Lofton joins another USA player Troy Williams who is already in the roster.
It is actually his comeback to Beirut as he has played here before. He played this summer at Liaoning Yi Sheng in Chinese NBL league. The last season he played at Dynamo in Lebanese LBL where in 34 games he recorded very impressive stats: 22.8ppg, 4.5rpg, 4.5apg and 1.8spg. Lofton helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. Quite impressive season as he was voted Asia-Basket.com All-Lebanese League Guard of the Year and selected to All-Imports Team and League Player of the Week (2 times).
He is quite experienced player. Thanks to Lofton's pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America) in five different countries. Lofton has played previously professionally in Germany (Seawolves), Kuwait (Kazma), NBA G League (Grand Rapids Gold), NBA Summer League (Milwaukee Bucks) and The Basketball Tournament (Panamaniacs). His team won SWAC Tournament in 2017 and 2018.
He was also voted All-SWAC Player of the Year back in 2017.
Lofton graduated from New Mexico State University in 2018 and it will be his sixth season as a professional player. He played also for Texas Southern University for one year.
