Summary of the case:
The Lebanese Player Elie Stephan (193-SG-86, college: Alabama So. CC) filed a claim against the Lebanese Club Sportif Sagesse Beirut for outstanding salaries, exemplary compensation, a letter of clearance and interest, submitting that the Club failed to pay the player's salary which caused the player to terminate the Contract. The Club acknowledged that it owed part of the amounts claimed. The Arbitrator partially upheld the claim.
