The best for the losing side was American guard Malique Trent (189-1994, college: Hampton, agency: BIG) with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Astana have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain first place with 27-3 record. Almaty L. at the other side keeps the third position with 16 games lost.

An interesting game for Astana (27-3) which played road game in Almaty against 3rd placed Almaty L. (16-16). First ranked Astana managed to get a 14-point victory 82-68. Astana forced 19 Almaty L. turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Almaty L. was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch.
