Experienced American Jordan Faison (201-F-1994, agency: 011 Sports) had an amazing evening in the last round for Tokyo United and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents B3 League Player of the Week award for round 46.
The 31-year old forward had the game-high 21 points adding seven rebounds and six assists for Tokyo Utd in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Saitama (#2, 36-10) 94-90. Thanks to this victory United moved-up to the 9th position in Japanese B3 League. Tokyo Utd is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 21-23 record. Faison turned to be United's top player in his first season with the team. California State Polytechnic University, Pomona graduate has very impressive stats this year. Faison is in league's top in assists (6th best: 4.3apg) and averages solid 62.4% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Lithuanian power forward Rokas Gustys (206-F/C-1994) of Tachikawa Dice. Gustys impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 17 points and 14 rebounds. Bad luck as Dice was edged by the lower-ranked Shanan Utd (#11, 17-27) 92-89. Despite lost game Tachikawa moved up to 6th position in the standings. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 24-20 record is not bad and everything may still change. Gustys is a newcomer at Tachikawa and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was American Kennedy Meeks (208-F-1995) of second-ranked Saitama Broncos. Meeks showcased his all-around game by recording 23 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists in the last round. Despite Meeks' great performance the Broncos lost 90-94 to the lower-ranked Tokyo Utd (#9, 21-23). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Saitama needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 36 victories and 10 lost games. Meeks has a great season in Japan. After 22 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 17.4ppg (7th best) and rebounds with 9.3rpg (8th best). He also has 1.2bpg and a FGP of 55.8%.
