Brodric Thomas (ex Manisa) joins FE Nagoya

Toyotsu Fighting Eagles Nagoya (B1 League) have agreed terms with 28-year-old USA ex-international guard Brodric Thomas (196cm-84kg-1997, college: Truman State) for the new 2025-26 season. He joins another USA player Sean O'Mara who is already on the roster. Thomas played last season at Manisa Basket in the Turkish BSL league. In 23 games, he averaged 8.9ppg, 5.2rpg, 2.0apg, and 1.2spg. He also played 6 games in the Basketball Champions League, where he recorded 7.7ppg, 3.3rpg, 1.5apg, 2.0spg, and 1.2bpg. He also briefly played for United in the NBA G League. Thomas was a member of the USA Senior National Team back in 2020.
Thomas is a highly experienced player, having played professionally in Turkey, the NBA (Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Celtics, and Houston Rockets), the NBA G League (RGV Vipers, Maine Celtics, Cleveland Charge, and San Diego Clippers), and the NBA Summer League (Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers, and LA Clippers).
Thomas has achieved many awards during his basketball career, including making it to the FIBA International Cup final in 2024 with his college team. In 2021, he was voted to the USBasket.com NBA G League All-Rookie Team.
He graduated from Truman State in 2020 and it'll be his sixth season as a pro player. Thomas also played for Southwestern Community College for one year.
