The most exciting game of round 24 in the B3 League took place in Tokyo. Tachikawa was destroyed by Shinagawa at home 64-96. Okayama managed to outperform Kanazawa on the opponent's court 93-78. Gifu managed to beat Tokyo Z in a home game 84-80. Yokohama crushed Veertien Mie on the road 88-55. Yamaguchi beat Shanan Utd on its own court 77-73. Saitama lost to Tokushima Gam. in a road game 53-65.



Iwate - Tokyo HT 104-60

There was no surprise in Iwate where 10th ranked Hachioji Trains (18-24) were crushed by fourth ranked Big Bulls (28-14) 104-60 on Saturday. Iwate forced 19 Tokyo turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Tokyo's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Clay Mounce (199-1998, college: Furman) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and American-Australian forward Kyrin Galloway (203-1999, college: UNCG) who added 21 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. Five Big Bulls players scored in double figures. McSwain Jr. is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas. Four Pats Five players scored in double figures. Pats Five's coach Kazuto Samejima used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was American center Michael Hughes (203-1998, college: Duquesne) with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks and guard Shinya Takagi (187-1997) scored 18 points and 5 rebounds.
