Aaron White agreed terms with Grouses

Aaron White

Toyama Grouses (B1 League) inked 31-year old American 206cm forward Aaron White (college: Iowa, agency: Slash Sports) for upcoming season. He was top rebounder at Kumamoto Volters in the B2 League last season where in 57 games he recorded very impressive stats: 19.3ppg, 10.5rpg, 2.9apg and 1.4spg. Great season indeed as he was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Japanese B League D2 Third Team.
The previous (2022-23) season he played at Darussafaka Lassa (BSL) in Turkish league. He also played 19 games in Turkish BSL where he averaged 8.6ppg and 4.4rpg in that year. The other team he played shortly was KK Buducnost VOLI Podgorica (Erste Liga) in Montenegrin league.
In 2015 he was drafted by Washington Wizards (NBA) in second round (49th overall). The former University of Iowa standout is in his tenth season in pro basketball.
White represented USA at the World University Games in Kazan (Russia) eleven years ago.
He is a very experienced player. White has played also professionally in Germany (Telekom Baskets), Greece (Panathinaikos), Italy (Armani Milano), Lithuania (Zalgiris), Montenegro, Russia (Zenit), Serbia (Crvena Zvezda), Spain (Lenovo Tenerife), Turkey and The Basketball Tournament (Team Hines).
