34-year old American forward Noah Dahlman (202-F-1989) had a great game in the last round for Gifu Swoops and receives a Hoops Agents B3 League Player of the Week award for round 34.
He had a double-double of 22 points and 16 rebounds, while his team crushed Kanazawa (#18, 4-22) with 19-point margin 86-67. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Swoops maintains the 11th position in Japanese B3 League. Gifu is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 15-19 record. It's Dahlman's second year at Swoops and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Noah Dahlman averages this season 8.5ppg and 5.3rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Josh Martin (201-F-1995) of Veertien Mie. He is American forward in his second season at Veertien Mie. In the last game Martin recorded an impressive double-double of 27 points and 14 rebounds. Bad luck as Veertien Mie lost that game 63-91 to the higher-ranked Tachikawa (#8, 19-15). Veertien Mie is still in a red zone at 15th spot in the standings. 24 lost games are too many comparing to just ten victories Veertien Mie managed to get this year. Martin is well-known at Veertien Mie and he already established his position as one of the team's leaders.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Tavrion Dawson (202-F/C-1996, agency: One Motive Sports) of Tokushima Gambarous (#5). Dawson scored 29 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. He was a key player of Gambarous, leading his team to a 94-76 easy win against the lower-ranked Toyoda (#17, 8-24). Tokushima Gam. needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 22 victories and 12 lost games. Dawson has a great season in Japan. After 34 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 20.7ppg (5th best).

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
