American Forward Kristian Doolittle (201-F-1997, agency: Pensack Sports) had an amazing evening in the last round for Iwate, receiving a Hoops Agents B3 League Player of the Week award for round 21.
The 25-year old player had a double-double of 36 points and 16 rebounds, while his team crushed Yokohama EX (#6, 14-8) with 24-point margin 96-72. Iwate maintains the 3rd position in Japanese B3 League. They are still close to the very top. Iwate would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 18-4 record. In the team's last game Doolittle had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range. He turned to be Iwate's top player in his first season with the team. Former The University of Oklahoma star has very solid stats this year. Doolittle is in league's top in rebounds (9th best: 9.5rpg) and averages impressive 57.9% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Ryan Watkins (206-C/F-1991, agency: Slash Sports) of Saitama. Watkins had a very good evening with a double-double of 17 points and 22 rebounds. Of course he led Saitama to another comfortable win 85-69 over the lower-ranked Tachikawa (#14, 6-16) being unquestionably team leader. Saitama's 4th position in the standings has not changed. His team's 17-5 record is not bad at all. Watkins is a newcomer at Saitama, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was American forward Jordan Faison (201-F-1994) of Yokohama EX (#6). Faison showcased his all-around game by recording 26 points, ten rebounds and five assists in the last round. Despite Faison's great performance Yokohama EX lost 72-96 to the higher-ranked Iwate (#3, 18-4). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Yokohama EX needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 14 victories and 8 lost games. Faison has a great season in Japan. After 22 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 19.4ppg (7th best) and assists with 4.5apg (8th best). He also has 1.4bpg and FGP: 70.5%.
