Michael Craig agreed terms with Tokyo Excellence

Tokyo Excellence (B3 League) inked 29-year old American swingman Michael Craig (196-104kg-91, college: Southern Miss). He played most recently at Tokyo Cinq Reves in the B3 League. In 14 games he recorded very impressive stats: 24.4ppg, 10.9rpg, 7.3apg and 2.4spg last season. Good year as he was selected League Player of the Week (4 times).
The previous (2019) summer Craig played at Faraones (LBE) in Mexican league.
In 2015 (a year after he left the college) Craig was drafted by Reno Bighorns (D-League) in sixth round (97th overall).
The former University of Southern Mississippi star is in his seventh season in pro basketball.
Craig has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to three different continents (Asia, Latin America and of course North America). Craig has played previously professionally in Korea (Seoul Samsung Thunders), Philippines (TNT Ka Tropa) and Mexico (Rayos de Hermosillo).
Among many awards Craig played in the final of Korean KBL in 2017. He received also Asia-Basket.com Korean KBL All-Imports Team award back in 2017.
