Sendai 89ers (B2 League) landed 28-year old point guard Yukijiro Yashiro (175-92, college: Allan Hancock). He played most recently at Kagawa Five Arrows. But in 44 B2 League games he averaged just 1.9ppg, 1.3rpg and 1.5apg last season. Yashiro helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in B League D2 West Division.
The previous (18-19) season he played at Orange Vikings where in 59 B2 League games he had only 1.6ppg.
Yashiro has played previously for played also at Gunma.
He attended Allan Hancock College until 2014 and it will be his seventh season in pro basketball.
