Japanese Basketball League (B3 League) History

League status

The B3 League (JBL2) is the third-tier basketball league in Japan. B3 League was established in 2007.
The B3 League sits above the University League which effectively forms the fourth-tier of Japanese basketball.
At the end of regular season, top 8 teams qualify to the play-offs.
