Australia defended their U18 Asian Championship title. They beat China in the repeat of the 2022 title game to repeat as the champions. Australia dominated in the first half. They secured a 49-42 halftime lead. China pulled within 5 points at the final break. But Australia sank 28 points in the fourth stanza to race to the victory. Saffron Shiels (187-C-2006) scored 31 points, grabbed 15 rebounds and issued 6 assists for the champions. Monique Bobongie (178-F-2006) contributed 23 points and 7 rebounds for Australia. Ziyu Zhang (220-C-2007) answered with game-high 42 points and 14 rebounds for China.
3-4 Place
Japan - South Korea 69-54

Japan clinched the third position as they rallied past South Korea in the consolation final. Japan won the game in the first ten minutes. They ignited a massive 25-4 rally in the opening period to clear off for good. Kokoro Tanaka (171-SG-2006) posted 22 points, while Riona Matsumoto (175-G/F-2006) added 11 points for Japan. Minji Lee (176-G-2006) topscored with 19 points for South Korea.
