Lebanon outscored Hong Kong to seal the semifinal appearance. Lebanon recorded a 27-17 halftime advantage. They sank 41 points in the second half to ease to the victory. Maygen Naassan (180-F-2006) tallied 16 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Wong Sum (165-PG-2006) and Si Rui Cheng (158-PG-2007) replied with 8 points each for Hong Kong.

Samoa - Maldives 94-31
Samoa outscored Maldives to advance into the semifinal stage. Samoa recorded a 40-23 halftime lead. They held Maldives to just 8 points in the second half and cruised to the win. Mylaani Sione (180-C-2008) posted 24 points and 10 rebounds, while Caprice Hiko (174-C-2008) added 12 points for the winners. Aishath Ishag (171-PG-2006) answered with 12 points for Maldives.
