U18 Asian Championship Division B: Mongolia beat Samoa in the Semifinal

Mongolia - Samoa 65-64

Nyamtsetseg Batjargal (170-G-2004) scored last two points for Mongolia that beat Samoa in the Semifinals of the U18 Asian Championship Division B. Her team won 65-64 and will face Malaysia in the Final game.
Mongolia opened the game with a 19-14, whilst Samoa stayed tough with a 19-11 rally in the second quarter. Moreover, Samoa produced a 21-18 run in the third quarter, whilst Mongolia dominated the last stanza. They erupted with a 17-10 surge to seal the Final appearance.
Bolor Battsooj (170-G-2006) stepped up with 19 points and Nyamjav Nandinkhusel (177-F-2006) posted 18. Malia Ruud (188-C-2006) ended up with 18 in a loss and Kira-May Filemu (178-F-2006) produced 16.
