Taiwan - Indonesia 81-16
Taiwan knocked down Indonesia to earn the second place in Group B. Taiwan recorded a 48-8 halftime lead. They held Indonesia to just 8 points in the second half and rallied to the victory. Hsiao Yu-Wen (184-C-2005) came up with 18 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Angelica Candra (180-C-2005) answered with 4 points and 9 rebounds for Indonesia.

Australia - South Korea 96-66
Australia knocked down South Korea to finish the group phase undefeated. Australia claimed a 45-33 halftime advantage. They unleashed 51 points in the second half and raced to a comfortable victory at the end. Nyadiew Puoch (189-C-2004) fired 23 points and grabbed 8 rebounds, while Tess Heal (178-F-2004) added 16 points for Australia. Baek Jiwon (167-G-2004) answered with 13 points for South Korea.

China - Japan 59-76
Japan stunned China to earn the third consecutive win in Group B. Five players scored in double figures for the winners. Chinami Yokoyama (170-G-2004) hauled in 19 points to lead the effort. Japan registered a comfortable 42-25 halftime advantage. China however narrowed the deficit at 5-point mark at the final break. But Japan responded with a strong 22-10 run in the fourth stanza to ice the victory. Yuzuyu Yasogawa (167-SG-2004) had 12 points for Japan. Li Wenxia (181-F-2004) posted 18 points and 8 rebounds for China.

New Zealand - India 66-63
New Zealand held off India in Bengaluru to finish third in Group A. Aria Cowley (170-SG-2004) nailed 16 points for the winners. New Zealand looked dominant in the first half. They captured a 36-23 halftime advantage. But India replied with a 24-15 rally in the third quarter to narrow the distance. The hosts outscored their opponents in the fourth period but came up just short of win at the end. Florence Dallow (186-F/C-2004) chipped in 12 points for New Zealand. Manmeet Kaur (185-F-2005) banked in 21 points and 12 rebounds for India.
