Miya Takeuchi, 16-year old guard was voted the Most Valuable Player at the FIBA Under 16 Asia Cup. She received multiple other awards, was selected as the Best Guard and was chosen to the First Team. Takeuchi led the Asian Championships Under 16 in points per game with over 19 and assists per game with almost 7. She has totalled 3 games of 20 or more points during the event. Takeuchi's 25 points against China were the most she scored at the tournament.
Madison Ryan, 16-year old Australian small forward was honored as the Best Forward of FIBA Under 16 Asia Cup. She plays For the Sandringham Sabres. Ryan was also named to the First Team. She averaged over 15 points and almost 4 assists per game at the event. Ryan has totalled 2 games of 20 or more points during the event. Her 22 points against Brazil were the most she scored at the tournament.
Emilia Ainley, 15-year old center earned the Best Center at the FIBA Under 16 Asia Cup. She also earned a spot in the First Team. With finesse and precision, Ainley claimed the third position in rebounds per game, delivering a stellar over 10 rebounds per game average. Ainley also recorded 11 points per game at the event. She registered double-doubles in 2 games during the event. Ainley's 17 points against Japan were the most she scored at the tournament.
Isabel Smith, 16-year old Australian guard was voted to the First Team of FIBA Under 16 Asia Cup. She plays For the BA Centre of Excellence. Smith was also selected to the Second Team. She had almost 13 points and over 4 rebounds per game at the event. Smith's 19 points against Taiwan were the most she scored at the tournament.
Yuanshan Li, 16-year old forward was chosen to the First Team at the FIBA Under 16 Asia Cup. Her court vision propelled her to the second spot in points per game an outstanding average of almost 18.
