Division B. India and Iran advance into championship game in Malaysia

India outscored Indonesia to advance into Division B Final in Malaysia. The teams were tied at 24 heading into the second half. But India stepped on the gas in the second half. They sank 41 points to run away with the victory at the end. Viha Jonnalagadda (182-F-2009) came up with 22 points and 12 rebounds, while Reva Kulkarni (173-F-2009) added 17 points for India. Inez Welly (163-G-2009) responded with 13 points for Indonesia.

Hong Kong - Iran 20-64
Iran paved their way into Division B championship game. They thumped Hong Kong in the semifinal battle today. Iran recorded a 31-14 halftime lead. Iran held Hong Kong scoreless in the fourth frame and raced to a comfortable win at the end. Elena Ahmadian (2009) posted 14 points, while Hasti Khazaei (2011) added 10 points for Iran. Chung Kwan Wong (173-F-2010) replied with 6 points for Hong Kong.
