In the Gold Medal Match, the Philippines claimed the championship title with an 83-60 victory over Iran. Nevaeh Smith (165-PG-2007) led the scoring with 21 points, while Ariel Delao (178-PF-2007) recorded a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Alyssia Palma (185-F-2008) added 8 points, 11 rebounds, and 3 assists, and Ava Fajardo (163-G-2007) contributed 12 points and 9 assists. For Iran, Fatemeh Jafari (170-SG-2007) and Helya Houdneh (176-PF-2007) each scored 14 points, with Jafari adding 3 rebounds and Houdneh grabbing an impressive 16 rebounds. Zahra Bazoobandi (165-PG-2008) contributed 6 points, 11 rebounds, and 7 assists.
