Group A
Thailand - China 50-100
China registered the fifth straight victory at the championship. They outgunned Thailand to clinch the top position in Group A. Li Yueru (192-C-99) came up with 26 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Wang Jiaqi (170-G-99) recorded 13 points for the winners. Rattiyakorn Udomsuk (174-G/F-99) provided 16 points for Thailand.

South Korea - Japan 56-99
Japan earned the fourth win in Medan. They raced past South Korea to take 4-1 record. June Mineharu (171-SG-99) came up with 16 points to pace the winners. Japan accounted for a 55:29 halftime lead. Japan used a 24:8 rally in the fourth quarter to ease to the victory. Haruna Kasagi (167-G-99) provided 14 points for Japan. Park Hyunji (99) responded with 14 points and 12 rebounds for South Korea.

Taiwan - India 92-48
Taiwan earned the second victory in Group A. They knocked down India to earn the fourth position in the ladder. Chen Meng-Hsin (164-SF-99) scored 19 points to lead the winners. Taiwan accounted for a 55:18 halftime lead. Taiwan stretched the gap in the second half and coasted to the victory. Wen Si-Han (175-SG-99) notched 12 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists in the win. Shrishti Suren and Sushantika Chakravortty (178-C-00) responded with 10 points each for India.

Group B
Kazakhstan - Indonesia 48-45
Kazakhstan knocked down Indonesia but finished in the fifth position in Group B. Irina Yevsyukova (176-SF-99) recorded 15 points for the winners. Kazakhstan accounted for a 25:16 halftime lead. Indonesia sourred ahead for a 2-point lead at the final intermission. Kazakhstan bounced back in the fourth frame and snatched a tough victory. Alexandra Saitova (164-SF-00) recorded 8 points for the winners. Adelaide Wongsohardjo (172-G-1) responded with 12 points and 7 rebounds for Indonesia.

Uzbekistan - Hong Kong 33-88
Hoong Kong stayed perfect in Indonesia. They stormed past Uzbekistan to finish Group B action at 5-0 record. Sham Tsz Ching (164-PG-99) recorded 16 points to lead the winners. Hong Kong dominated from start to finish. They accounted for a 39:21 halftime lead. Hong Kong unloaded 49 points in the second half and cruised to the victory. Cheng Cheuk Kwan (170-SF-99) delivered 13 points for the winning side. Elvira Salavatova (183-F/C-99) responded with 14 points and 24 boards for Uzbekistan.

Malaysia - Singapore 42-49
Singapore outgunned Malaysia to improve at 3-2 record in Group B. Choo Jie Ying (181-99) posted 12 points and 12 rebounds to lead the winners. Singapore got to a strong start. They recorded a 15:6 lead after the opening quarter. Malaysia erased the deficit in the next two periods. They spurred ahead for a 34:33 lead at teh final break. But Singapore went on a 16:8 run in the fourth frame and iced the victory. Leong Le Yi (165-99) had 12 points for the winners. Kai Sin Yap (165-PG-99) responded with 14 points and 8 rebounds for Malaysia.
