Qualifying Round Round 4: Kuwait - Al Nassr 106-83

An interesting game for Kuwaiti Kuwait (3-0) which hosted in Kuwait City 4th ranked Saudi Arabian Al Nassr (1-2). Top-ranked Kuwait had an easy win 106-83. Kuwait dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Al Nassr's 40. They outrebounded Al Nassr 57-36 including a 39-28 advantage in defensive rebounds. Kuwait looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Haitian center Cady Lalanne (208-1992, college: UMass, agency: BeoBasket) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 17 rebounds. Georgian-American point guard Jacob Pullen (183-1989, college: Kansas St., agency: AltusBasket) contributed with 31 points and 5 assists for the winners. Five Kuwait players scored in double figures. American guard Kenny Brown (188-1991, college: Ferris St., agency: SLN) replied with 23 points and 5 rebounds and his fellow American import forward Antonio Campbell (206-1994, college: Ohio) added 19 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Al Nassr. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Kuwait have a solid three-game winning streak. Defending Kuwaiti champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Beirut Club and Shabab Al Ahli. Al Nassr at the other side keeps the fourth place with two games lost. They share the position with 6 other teams. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
