Regular Season Round 12: Dragons - Catfish 77-64

The most important game in the last round took place in Danang between second rankedCatfish (8-5) and fifth ranked Dragons Catfish was defeated by Dragons on the road 77-64 . Dragons forced 20 Catfish turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Karachi Edo (196-1994, college: Fresno St.) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 9 rebounds and the other American import Timothy Simmons (195-1992, college: DBU) who added 13 points, 13 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals during the contest. Edo is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Dragons players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American forward Malek Green (201-1999, college: YSU) with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) and Filipino point guard Michael Soy (182-1997, college: Algonquin) scored 20 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dragons maintains fifth position with 8-7 record. Catfish at the other side dropped to the third place with five games lost. They share the position with Dolphins.
