Regular Season Round 10: Dolphins - City Wings 89-81

There was no surprise in Nha Trang where 7th rankedWings (1-13) were defeated by fourth ranked Dolphins (8-5) 89-81 . Dolphins dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Wings ' 38 and had 17 for 24 from the free-throw line, while City Wings only scored one point from the stripe. They outrebounded City Wings 58-43 including a 40-28 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Mykal Jenkins (202-2000, college: St.Petersburg) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). The other American import point guard Jaylyn Richardson (189-1998, college: WOU) contributed with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 14 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals for the winners. The former international guard Khoa Dang Tran Dang (183-1997) replied with 22 points, 8 assists and 4 steals and Ukrainian forward Yevgen Sakhniuk (201-1995, college: Jefferson) added 10 points, 15 rebounds and 9 assists in the effort for City Wings. Four City Wings players scored in double figures. Dolphins have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Heat. City Wings lost third consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 13 games lost.
