There was no surprise in Bangkok where bottom-ranked Gladiators (0-4) were defeated by top-ranked Thai Wolves (4-0) 59-42 on Sunday. W.Wolves held Bangkok G. to an opponent 23.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 35.4 percent accuracy of the winners. Worth to mention a great performance of who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds and who added 19 points during the contest. At the losing side Ian Donaldson responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 17 rebounds and American point guard Mountae Edmundson (178, college: Oklah.Christian) scored 16 points. Thai Wolves have a solid four-game winning streak. W.Wolves keep a position of league leader, which they share with Gorillas and ST Grizzlies. Loser Gladiators still closes the standings with four games lost. They share the position with Naga Hunters. W.Wolves will meet Dynasty D. (#5) in the next round. Bangkok G. will play against Shoot it Dragons (#6) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
