Fourth-rankedTaiwan Beer (11-16) gave a tough game to first ranked Yulon Luxgen (19-8). Yulon Luxgen managed to secure only two-point victory 70-68 . However their fans expected easier game. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Taiwan Beer. The winners were led by American Brandon Moss (204-1994, college: LSUA) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 26 points, 20 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 blocks and international center Shao-Fu Lan (195-1997) supported him with 6 points and 8 rebounds. Even a double-double of 10 points and 11 rebounds by Vincentian forward Brendon Smart (198-1995) did not help to save the game for Taiwan Beer . The former international Po-Hsun Chou (197-1991) added 11 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Yulon Luxgen maintains first position with 19-8 record. Taiwan Beer at the other side keeps the fourth place with 16 games lost.
