An exciting game was when Second rankedChunghwa Telecom faced 4th ranked Power . Chunghwa Telecom (12-12) defeated Power (5-19) 66-52 . Chunghua T. dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Power 's 20. Chunghua T. outrebounded Taipower 47-27 including a 18-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American forward Oshlynn Brown (185, college: Rutgers) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds. The former international power forward Hsiang-Ting Huang (180-1993) chipped in 10 points and 6 rebounds. Chunghwa Telecom's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Qin-Yu Huang (168) who recorded 9 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and Zhir-Ong Ding (178) added 8 points respectively. Chunghua T. maintains second position with 12-12 record having ten points less than leader Cathay Life. Taipower lost eleventh consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 19 games lost.
