Rather expected game when 7th rankedAquas (8-20) were crushed by fifth ranked DEA (14-13) 118-91 on Saturday. N.Taipei CTBC dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Aquas 's 26. N.Taipei CTBC forced 24 Kaohsiung A. turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists. The best player for the winners was Montenegrin forward Marko Todorovic (208-1992) who scored 18 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals. American Lewis Beech (203-1994, college: UNF) chipped in 24 points and 6 rebounds. Four DEA players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international forward Wei-Ting Lu (199-1997) who recorded 20 points and 8 rebounds and Lithuanian Edgaras Zelionis (207-1989) added 17 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. N.Taipei CTBC maintains fifth place with 14-13 record. Loser Aquas stay at the bottom position with 20 games lost.
