The most exciting game of round 19 in the WSBL ended with only one-point defeat of their biggest opponentChunghwa Telecom (9-10) to third ranked Taiyuan Textile (7-12) 77-76 on Thursday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Chunghwa Telecom. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Ajae Petty (190-2002, college: Ohio St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points and 20 rebounds. The former international center Wen-Yu Lin (180-1995) contributed with 14 points for the winners. Taiyuan Textile's coach used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. American forward Oshlynn Brown (185, college: Rutgers) answered with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 13 rebounds and the former international guard Szu-Chin Pan (170-1992) added 12 points and 8 assists in the effort for Chunghua T.Taiyuan T. maintains third place with 7-12 record having ten points less than leader Cathay Life. Chunghua T. at the other side keeps the second position with ten games lost.
