An interesting game forBraves (6-11) which played against second-best Ghosthawks (9-9). Third ranked Braves had an easy win 114-89 . Fubon Braves outrebounded Ghosthawks 44-27 including a 31-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Fubon Braves shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 53.8 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The winners were led by American guard Archie Goodwin (196-1994, college: Kentucky) who scored that evening 28 points and 8 rebounds and international point guard Yu-Wei Chen (183-1999) supported him with 23 points (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Even 19 points and 7 assists by the former international guard Mao-Wei Ku (175-1999) did not help to save the game for Ghosthawks . American point guard Ray McCallum (191-1991, college: Detroit, agency: Octagon Europe) added 16 points and 6 assists. Four Fubon Braves and five Ghosthawks players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Fubon Braves maintains third position with 6-11 record having four points less than leader Pilots. Ghosthawks lost third consecutive game. They keep the second place with nine games lost.
