The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss ofPilots (11-1) against second ranked Ghosthawks on Saturday night. Ghosthawks were rolled over by second ranked Ghosthawks (8-6) 110-84 . It ended at the same time the 11-game winning streak of Pilots. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. Ghosthawks looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. It was a good game for American guard Tobin Carberry (192-1991, college: LIU Post) who led his team to a victory with 27 points (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). The former international guard Mao-Wei Ku (175-1999) contributed with 18 points and 8 assists for the winners. Carberry is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American forward Setric Millner Jr (198-2000, college: Toledo, agency: Inception Sports) answered with 15 points and 8 rebounds and the former international power forward Will Artino (211-1992, college: Creighton) added 14 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Pilots. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Ghosthawks have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain second place with 8-6 record having just one point less than leader Pilots. Pilots at the other side still keep top position with one game lost.
