Regular Season Round 4: Keelung BK - Taiwan Beer 92-81

There was no surprise when one of their biggest challengersTaiwan Beer (5-4) was defeated by second ranked Keelung BK (5-5) 92-81 on Friday. Worth to mention a great performance of American center Wendell Lewis (204-1989, college: Alabama St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 29 points and 17 rebounds (on 13-of-16 shooting from the field) and the former international guard Kai-Hsiang Hu (190-1991) who added 10 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Five Keelung BK players scored in double figures. At the losing side American forward Gerard Tarin (205-1996, college: Nova SE) responded with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 11 rebounds and Vincentian forward Brendon Smart (198-1995) scored 19 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Despite that victory Keelung BK went down to third position due to points difference, which they share with Yulon Luxgen. Loser Taiwan Beer dropped to the second place with four games lost.
