We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams whenTaiwan Beer (4-3) was defeated by Bank of Taiwan (5-3) 61-56 on Sunday. Bank of Taiwan forced 21 Taiwan Beer turnovers. The best player for the winners was American power forward James Padgett (203-1991, college: Maryland) who had a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds. The former international Chieh-Yu Han (194-1999) chipped in 11 points and 7 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Gerard Tarin (205-1996, college: Nova SE) who recorded a double-double by scoring 28 points and 13 rebounds and Vincentian forward Brendon Smart (198-1995) added 8 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game.
