Very significant wasGhosthawks ' (#2, 5-5) victory against 4th placed YKE (0-7) 125-103 . They outrebounded YKE 43-31 including 32 on the defensive glass. Ghosthawks players were unselfish on offense dishing 36 assists comparing to just 22 passes made by YKE 's players. It was an exceptional evening for American DeMon Brooks (202-1992, college: Davidson) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 13 rebounds. Lithuanian center Benas Griciunas (210-1994, college: EWU, agency: LHZ Sport Agency) accounted for 23 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) for the winning side. The former international forward Wei-Chieh Yeh (195-2005) came up with 20 points and 6 assists and American point guard Loren Jackson (170-1996, college: Akron) added 23 points (made all of his seven free throws) respectively for YKE in the defeat. Four Ghosthawks and five YKE players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Ghosthawks maintains second place with 5-5 record having five points less than leader Pilots. YKE lost their sixth game in a row. They still close the standings with seven games lost.
