Regular Season Round 24: Kings - N.Taipei CTBC 121-76

Leader Kings delivered the twenty fifth victory. This time they crushed 5th ranked N.Taipei CTBC (15-18) 121-76. Kings outrebounded N.Taipei CTBC 65-49 including 20 on the offensive glass. Kings players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists. It was a good game for Palestinian power forward Sani Sakakini (204-1988) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 32 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. Naturalized American point guard Jeremy Lin (191-1988, college: Harvard) contributed with a double-double by scoring 28 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Croatian center Kristijan Krajina (208-1990, college: Mt.St.Mary's, agency: 011 Sports) replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international guard Ya-Hsuan Hsieh (187-1998) added 18 points in the effort for N.Taipei CTBC. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Kings maintains first position with 25-9 record. N.Taipei CTBC at the other side keeps the fifth place with 18 games lost. Kings will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. N.Taipei CTBC's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Taipei Taipei TM.
