Rather predictable result when second rankedTaiwan Beer (13-14) rolled over bottom-ranked Changhua (11-16) 88-66 on Sunday. Taiwan Beer looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Belgian forward Thomas De Thaey (203-1991, college: NC State) nailed 20 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side and guard Chieh-Min Lu (183-1995) accounted for 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Center Erdenetsetseg Sugar-Ochir (200-1999) came up with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 14 rebounds and point guard Li Lin (180-2001) added 10 points, 8 rebounds and 11 assists respectively for Changhua in the defeat. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Taiwan Beer maintains second place with 13-14 record having five points less than leader Yulon Luxgen. Changhua lost fourth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 16 games lost.
