Fourth-rankedSteelers (2-20) made lots of trouble for third ranked GhostHawks (13-11) in Kaohsiung on Saturday. GhostHawks managed to secure only three-point victory 107-104 . However their fans expected easier game. Tainan made 25-of-29 free shots (86.2 percent) during the game. 24 personal fouls committed by Steelers helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American guard Branden Frazier (191-1992, college: Fordham) who scored 31 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. The other American import De'Mon Brooks (202-1992, college: Davidson) chipped in a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds. Four GhostHawks players scored in double figures. American point guard Isaiah Briscoe (190-1996, college: Kentucky) produced a double-double by scoring 45 points (!!!), 15 rebounds and 9 assists and Canadian center Jordy Tshimanga (211-1996, college: Dayton, agency: Interperformances) added 17 points and 19 rebounds respectively for Tainan . Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Tainan maintains third position with 13-11 record having three points less than leader Pilots. Steelers at the other side stay dead last with 20 lost games.
