Taiwan Beer were edged by third ranked Taiwan Beer (11-10) 75-73 . It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Yulon Luxgen. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Taiwan Beer made 7 blocks. It was a great evening for American forward Christian Anigwe (206, college: UC Davis) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points and 8 rebounds. Gambian forward Joof Alasan (205-2002) helped adding 15 points and 12 rebounds. At the losing side American Brandon Moss (207-1994, college: LSUA) responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 18 rebounds and Cheng-En Kao (178-1999) scored 13 points. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Taiwan Beer moved-up to second place. Defending champion Yulon Luxgen still keeps top position with eight games lost.
