There was a minor upset when much higher rankedChanghua (10-11) was defeated by bottom-ranked Bank of Taiwan (8-13) 85-68 on Sunday. Bank of Taiwan forced 27 Changhua turnovers and outrebounded them 38-24 including 25 on the defensive glass. Bank of Taiwan looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Changhua 's players. American center Tevin Glass (203-1994, college: ETSU) fired 17 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 6 steals for the winners. Forward Yung-Cheng Wang (196-1998) chipped in 11 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Bank of Taiwan players scored in double figures. Guard Shang-Chien Chiang (180-1999) produced 18 points (made all of his eight free throws) and guard Tien-You Yang (170-1993) added 14 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Bank of Taiwan maintains fourth place with 8-13 record. Loser Changhua dropped to the third position with 11 games lost.
