Very significant wasTaiyuan Textile 's (#1, 17-1) victory against 4th ranked Taipower (0-18) 86-52 . They outrebounded Taipower 40-27 including 28 on the defensive glass. Taiyuan T. shot the lights out from three nailing 12 long-distance shots on high 54.5 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. Jia-Xian Su notched 15 points and 4 assists to lead the effort and international center Tieh Lin (182-1999) supported her with 12 points and 6 rebounds. Five Taiyuan Textile players scored in double figures. Taiyuan Textile's coach felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 17 points and 8 rebounds by the former international Yi-Wen Zhang (173-1996) did not help to save the game for Taipower . Guard Yi-Ting Dai (175-1995) added 12 points and 4 assists. Taiyuan Textile (17-1) have an impressive 14-game winning streak. Taiyuan T. maintains first position. Taipower at the other side still closes the standings.
