No shocking result in a game whenTaiwan Beer (5-4) beat Bank of Taiwan (2-7) 81-75 on Saturday. Taiwan Beer made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Bank of Taiwan turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for American center Tevin Glass (203-1994, college: ETSU) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!), 17 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. The former international forward Hsiao-Jung Chen (181-1990) accounted for 14 points for the winning side. Four Taiwan Beer players scored in double figures. Forward Hsiang-Wei Pan (190-1994) came up with 18 points and the former international guard Chia-He Chang (188-1996) added 11 points and 4 assists respectively for Bank of Taiwan in the defeat. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games.
