The game had a very big importance for second-rankedDreamers as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Dreamers defeated 6th ranked Leopards in Changhua 110-102 . Dreamers players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American power forward Aric Holman (208-1997, college: MSU) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!) and 13 rebounds. The former international center Brandon Gilbeck (213-1996, college: W.Illinois) accounted for 14 points and 14 rebounds for the winning side. American-Liberian Lasan Kromah (198-1991, college: UConn, agency: LHZ Sport Agency) came up with 35 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 8 assists and the former international point guard Jin-Wei Gao (175-2000) added 22 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for Taiwan Beer L. in the defeat. Five Dreamers and four Taiwan Beer L. players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. As mentioned above they took over a top position. Defending champion Taiwan Beer L. keeps the sixth place with nine games lost.
