The game had a very big importance for fourth-rankedTaipei TM as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Taipei TM defeated second-best Dreamers in Changhua 86-69 . Taipei TM forced 20 Dreamers turnovers. The best player for the winners was American forward Malcolm Miller (201-1993, college: Holy Cross) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds. Nigerian center Micheal Eric (211-1988, college: Temple) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American power forward A.J. Pacher (208-1992, college: Wright St., agency: Players Group) who recorded 9 points and 10 rebounds and the former international center Brandon Gilbeck (213-1996, college: W.Illinois) added 7 points and 13 rebounds respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Taiwan Beer L. Dreamers at the other side still keep top place with four games lost.
