An interesting game was also surprising home defeat of 4th rankedLioneers in a game in Hsinchu versus Taipei TM (#7) 94-84 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Lioneers. They outrebounded Lioneers 56-40 including a 18-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Taipei TM looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. The winners were led by guard Sheng-Ju Ting (174-1998, college: St.Francis, IL) who had that evening a triple-double by scoring 15 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists and Ukrainian power forward Igor Zaytsev (210-1989, agency: BIG) supported him with 19 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. Even 22 points and 8 rebounds by American Earl Clark (208-1988, college: Louisville) did not help to save the game for Lioneers . His fellow American import forward Kennedy Meeks (208-1995, college: UNC, agency: Diamond Sports) added 13 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. It was the only win of guest team this round and in all other games host teams recorded victories. Taipei TM maintains seventh position with 1-4 record. Loser Lioneers dropped to the fifth place with three games lost.
