No shocking result in a game when third rankedTagawa (4-1) crushed 6th ranked Tong Whye (1-3) 66-43 on Friday. Tagawa dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Tong Whye 's 18. Tagawa forced 25 Tong Whye turnovers. Forward Yung-Juen Teo (191-2003) nailed 21 points for the winning side and the former international forward Shi-Yu Ng (197-2000) accounted for 10 points and 10 rebounds. Tagawa's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Marco Kok came up with 13 points and 7 rebounds and Andre Chua added 9 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Tong Whye in the defeat. The victory was the third consecutive win for Tagawa . They moved-up to second place. Tong Whye lost their third game in a row. They keep the sixth position with three games lost. They share it with Xin Hua.
