No shocking result in a game when ninth rankedFiberXers (5-7) beat 12th ranked Bossing (2-10) in Caloocan City 136-122 . FiberXers dominated down low during the game scoring 100 of its points in the paint compared to Bossing 's 54 and made 21-of-25 charity shots (84.0 percent) during the game. FiberXers forced 22 Blackwater turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists. Blackwater was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for naturalized Spanish guard Juan Gomez De Liano (184-1999) who led his team to a victory scoring 25 points and 5 rebounds. Justine Baltazar (208-1997) helped adding 17 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). Five FiberXers players scored in double figures. At the losing side American center Robert Upshaw (213-1994, college: Washington) responded with 45 points (!!!) and 18 rebounds and the other American import guard Sedrick Barefield (188-1996, college: Utah) scored 20 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. FiberXers maintains ninth place with 5-7 record. Blackwater lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with ten games lost. They share it with Titan UGR.
